SHIPPING LEAD TIME

Our current lead time for holster orders within 3 BUSINESS DAYS.

Custom requests may extended this lead time if we have to make changes / alter the order.

All in stock items will be shipped within 2 BUSINESS DAYS.

USPS Priority Mail.

Tracking numbers will be provided via email when your order has left our shop.

Flat rate shipping on most items is $11.99

Free shipping on all orders $100+ 

Limited Lifetime Warranty

 

Reaper Initiative offers a Limited Lifetime Warranty on all holster products. If you feel your product is defective, broken, or does not fit correctly, please contact us and explain what is going on. We may request photos or videos for further investigation.  If it is determined defective or has damage that is covered under our warranty we will repair any piece necessary up to and including completely replacing your item. Reaper Initiative will then cover all costs to repair or replace the item as well as shipping back to the customer.

If your holster is scratched, scuffed, or suffers minor damage during use and/or training, it will NOT be replaced under warranty.

Our warranty does not cover belt clips or lost hardware. 

 

Return/Cancelation Policy

 

Reaper Initiative holsters are custom made to your exact specification and are not returnable. Please be sure your selections are correct before placing your order. Orders may be canceled / changed if we receive your request in writing, via email, within 24 hours of placing the order if the order has not already entered production. . Please include your name, address and phone number, along with your order number and reason for cancelation / changes. Requests should be sent to info.reaperinitiative@pm.me

 

WE WILL NOT ACCEPT CANCELLATIONS OR CHANGES FOR ORDERS AFTER THE 24 HOUR GRACE PERIOD.

ALL CANCELED ORDERS WILL INCUR A 15% FEE TO COVER PAYMENT PROCESSING & REFUND FEES.
